3x555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 3x555 policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity. An account that has not recorded a login for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account administration fees may apply in accordance with published fee schedules. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
• At our regulatory or compliance authority's direction.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 3x555 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
